I was 28 when I finally started to feel good about the way I looked. I spent 15+ years feeling like my life would begin when I finally looked a certain way, weighed a certain amount and wore a certain pant size. My negative body image impacted every area of my life.

These days... relationship with myself and body has changed drastically, and as a result, struggling to lose weight and keep it off is a thing of the past. I'm happier, healthier, more confident and have learned to become my own biggest cheerleader (excuse the sap).
